CareWell is a small independent company based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
We have been providing domiciliary (Home Care) services, specialising in all aspects of personal care for adults, for 9 years, privately and to Wokingham Borough Council.
Our geographic area of service provision is Wokingham Borough.
We have a low turn over of permanently employed staff that is experienced and well trained.
Currently all staff are working towards or qualified to NVQ 2 standard and / or NVQ 3 standard.
We are fully insured.
Our employment procedures exceed National Minimum Standards to encompass the following checks; references, police and Protection of Vulnerable Adults.
After our 2008 yearly inspection we were awarded 3 stars - excellent service.
